Membership in the HPCN is a mandatory requirement for many rebate programs. Plus, there are other benefits to membership such as training reimbursements and being displayed in a public search tool.
Enrollment for the PRC network is now closed. To offer your customers access to rebates, and to access other network benefits, enroll in the HPCN by clicking on the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page.
If you are an existing PRC Insulation & Air Sealing member, your current membership is valid until April 1, 2023, or the date your PRC agreement expires, whatever comes first. While your PRC membership is valid, your customers will remain eligible for insulation rebates but you will no longer be able to access your PRC profile.
