Helen is a highly-respected, award-winning complementary therapist with over 30 years’ experience as a reflexologist and Bowen Technique practitioner. She has a deep understanding of both these areas and has expanded her interests to work as a therapist, trainer and speaker from her UK base in Cambridgeshire.
She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (UK) , Reflexology Association of Australia , International Council of Reflexologists and Bowen Association UK .
Helen is well travelled and versed in many ancient traditions and customs in which today’s complementary therapies have their roots. For 10 years she lived and worked in Australia where she first began to develop her own unique method of intuition and sound reflexology known as The Reflex Resonance Technique™ which she now teaches to others.
