0 Team Raring to Row are taking on the huge challenge of rowing unassisted 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean in December 2022, raising much needed funds for the children’s charity Action Medical Research. Being at the mercy of the Ocean alone, they will have to be prepared for every eventuality, mentally and physically. Follow their journey as they plan and train for the World's Toughest Race.

For Kevin, the idea of the Atlantic row was initially ignited after dinner overlooking Ernest Shackleton’s grave in Grytviken, South Georgia in 2008 onboard HMS Liverpool. This ember of a dream was further fanned after meeting up with the 2012 team Atlantic Dash and seeing their boat and determination to achieve their dream.
