The 36th Annual Conference of the RMS , during the year 2021 was again an online event held during 5-7 August hosted by the Coimbatore Campus of the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
It is one hundred years on 26 April, 2020 since the premature passing away of the mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan in Madras. A forthcoming issue of the Mathematics Newsletter will be a Special Issue dedicated to his memory.
With a present strength of over 1700 life members, the Ramanujan Mathematical Society (RMS) is a major presence on the Indian mathematical scene. Read more...
