Straightforward pricing and a fair contract are guaranteed. A “Fixed Fee” contract is attractive to customers because fees are predictable and Change Orders are free of fees. The contractor fees are fixed unless the owner issues Change Orders that increase the overall scope of work. Increments to the budget due to changes in costs or inaccurate estimating do not increase the contractor’s fees.
