Now cooking for their third generation of guests, the Vitiello brothers continue to maintain an unwavering commitment to quality, consistency and innovation. Their cooking is always evolving, bringing their guests the tastes and flavors of all the twenty regions of the Italian peninsula. Specialty breads of five regions are produced daily in their in-house bakery. Specialty pastas, sausages, fish and cheeses are all prepared in house, along with a luscious range of inventive homemade desserts.
We view Italian cuisine from an interregional perspective, which allows us the flexibility to harvest the many unique gems, and take advantage of the magnificent bounty of the regional Italian culinary landscape. Our vision for our cuisine is honest, pure, and from the heart. Harmonizing the freshest, highest quality, seasonal ingredients available, minimally processed, with respect for essential and recognizable flavors, presented in a refined and distinctive fashion.
