Most optical materials, including fused silica and fused quartz substrates and wafers can be processed in sizes as large as 12" square or 12" diameter. Thickness tolerances can be as tight as ±.0001", with flatness to 1/4 lightband, and parallelism to 50 millionths of an inch. Custom fused silica windows in any size, shape, thickness or surface finish are available on special orders.
