My job is to help you to find out why, what, who and with this knowledge I design impactful solutions that your users want to get, to connect with them and keep them, assuring they get the best experience of using your product and services.
I conduct user research that helps to understand user behaviours, needs, motivations, so I know which functionalities will be desirable. I gain this knowledge through observation techniques, task analysis, interviews, building persona profiles, card sorting and others.
