Dee is one of the Partners and personal trainers based here at Purity. She is a Level 3 personal trainer specialising in cardio training. She has widespread experience with training in both independent and commercial gyms. Dee’s philosophy to training is it needn’t be difficult: understand the basic concepts and the results will follow.
Lee is one of the Partners here at Purity. He is a Level 3 personal trainer. Lee specialises in strength training. By his own admission, Lee did come late to fitness. Deciding upon a career change, he utilised strength training to achieve his own weight loss and bodybuilding success.
