About Kathleen
My name is Kathleen Hernder and I’m a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I'm passionate about helping people to improve their relationship with food.
I believe that thinking about food shouldn't take over your life, regardless of if you have a chronic disease like diabetes, and regardless of your body size. I work with people to help stop the restrict, binge cycle and help eating and food to take up less of your mental and emotional energy so you can have more energy for what matters to you.
