When I got the call from my manager requesting my input on a consulting gig based out of Orlando FL, I immediately knew that I was in for a terrific ride! Working in consulting, I have gotten used to the high volume of travel that is required for my position. I have gotten used to traveling in many different forms and using a variety of different housing accommodations.
Even though the short-term trips can be quite fun, they can also be quite exhausting over time. What I love about my job is that interspersed between these short trips can occasionally be an extended project which requires an on-site move.
