This entire academy is an initiative of FUTBOL MAN, an organization that, since its inception in 2015, has been committed to helping soccer players advance their careers. Our organization is dedicated to providing professional development training for soccer players through the Internet, in order to satisfy the need the soccer industry has for trained soccer players who can actually perform as professionals.
In 2015, a study made by the International Soccer Consultancy L&M revealed something which would revolutionize the way soccer players are perceived: The survey done to the main soccer clubs responsible for hiring players found out that professionalism is a more important characteristic than the technical skills of the player. This implies that having a good mastery of the ball is the second most important characteristic, but NOT the first, when evaluating a soccer player.
Thus, this is how FUTBOL MAN changes its custom in-person coaching system for soccer players, to an entirely ONLINE system. The road towards developing these online programs hasn't been easy, since we've had to change many of the methodologies we normally applied in-person, to make them work ONLINE.
