Prison Congregations of America (PCA) is a 501c3 national nonprofit with an ecumenical approach to building communities of faith inside and outside of prisons in the United States.
PCA was started by Evangelical Lutheran Church in America Pastor, Ed Nesselhuf, a visionary cowboy poet with a heart for men and women in prison. For more about Pastor Ed and PCA’s beginning, check out the “ History ” tab.
