For me, weddings are about people. Friends and family who haven’t seen each other for ages hugging excitedly, kids running riot, hilarious dancing, too much booze and happy tears. All kinds of emotions, reactions and interactions. Laughing at the mishaps, spilled drinks, screaming babies, terrible jokes and that sudden downpour that has everyone desperately running for cover.
All of that energy is what I love and what I focus on in my films.
