James Poskett
Historian of Science and Technology
I am Associate Professor in the History of Science and Technology at the University of Warwick. Before joining Warwick, I completed my PhD at the University of Cambridge and held the Adrian Research Fellowship at Darwin College , Cambridge. My research engages broadly with the global history of science and technology, from the early modern period to the present day. I write regularly for national newspapers, websites and magazines, as well as appearing on broadcast media. My latest book, Horizons: A Global
