Section 1.a ( summary ) :  There have been large increases in major non-communicable disorders, including neurological conditions, among American children in recent decades, beginning in the 1960's and especially in the '70's ;  this is according to U.S. government statistics and highly-published researchers.  Mortality rates have also increased dramatically among non-Hispanic whites born in the U.S. after 1970.
