Our products Tailored Talks and MyTailoredTalks are easy and quick to use, for patients and medical professionals, and have been shown to improve communication.
In partnership with Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland and NHS Lothian, we have developed MyTailoredTalks, a service that gives patients access to support, tailored information, and advice. 26 GP practices and over 200 patients took part in our pilot during the second half of 2022. The pathway is now being rolled out within Midlothian.
