The PLAY IT FORWARD Treatment Foundation provides athletes, who have sustained a sports related injury, access to, or financial assistance for, quality medical treatment who otherwise couldn’t afford it.
The Foundation helps the recreational, school, club, amateur, semi-professional or professional athlete who has sustained an injury while participating in a sporting activity, who is uninsured, who may receive some type of state or federal assistance or is currently experiencing a financial hardship.
Our goal is to provide an injured athlete access to quality medical treatment with financial assistance and/or donated services.
