Julian Heinovski is a PhD candidate and researcher at the Telecommunications Networks Group (TKN) at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science , TU Berlin , Germany. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Dept. of Computer Science, Paderborn University, Germany, in 2016 and 2018, respectively.
