Expanding the Boundaries of Computer Systems and Hardware Research.

Our research on improving the NPU utilization in cloud platform has been accepted to ISCA'23 . We conducted the study with real cloud TPUs, pinpointed the root causes of compute underutilization in modern NPUs, and proposed a new hardware-level operator scheduling for improved utilization. Congratulations to our Ph.D. students Yuqi Xue and Yiqi Liu !

In collaboration with DARPA, NYU, Georgia Tech, and PSU, we launch a new project to build a secure and efficient decentralized computer system with modern smart devices.
