Introducing Paddock to Plate NZ , a brand-new culinary competition showcasing the best produce and chefs Manawatū has to offer.
During the month of September, participating Manawatū eateries will be serving up competition dishes featuring three or more delectable products from across Manawatū, Horowhenua, Tararua, Rangitīkei and Whanganui - a true showcase of the best in New Zealand food.
With the introduction of categories – casual and formal dining – the competition has purposely been opened up to more hospitality businesses, as the quality and number of cafés, restaurants and bars in Manawatū continue to grow.
