Description: Breakthrough Fitness Center is the largest and longest established gym and fitness center on the south end of Hilton Head Island. Breakthrough features classes, pilates, and one on one training. We have an expansive cardio area, resistance machines area, along with two and one half tons of dumbells, and four tons of plates. Additionally, Breakthrough offers emenities such as towel service, tanning beds, steam, sauna, and a wide variety of smoothies, drinks, and supliment bars.
