The Groundwater Commission public meeting, held at the Baca County Fairgrounds Minnick Building began at 6:30. The agenda was displayed via powerpoint and was available in print out. Tracy Kosloff, Deputy State Engineer, welcomed everyone and introduced some of her staff. Baca Sheriff Aaron Shiplett and two deputies were present.
