Black Student Success Week
P2P is intended to foster the development of incoming faculty to understand the complexities of the California Community Colleges system and provide strategies to enhance employment success in finding a faculty position upon graduation. Through this program, the California Community Colleges aim to diversify their educators and represent their diverse student populations.
Pipelines 2 Possibilities means a lot to me. Although, I was in my last semester of my Masters of Higher Education & Administration at an HBCU, there were still a cultural and social development component that I could only receive at P2P. What can I say, THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN! I can genuinely attest that I have grown more as a leader, an educator, and a connector than anywhere else. P2P has inspired me on so many levels.
