It is with heavy hearts that Pinch VFD announces the passing of Retired Deputy Chief Keith Mitchell. Keith was a lifetime member of Pinch VFD with 46 years of service. Keith was also retired from the WV Air National Guard after almost 40 years of service to his country. Keith was a dedicated servant of his community, country and God.
