This course is exactly what I was looking for to help me create a kids’ body awareness and movement program that is engaging, fun, and impactful. I was looking for an education pedagogy conducive to helping kids learn about their body’s anatomy and develop their own plans for healthy movement habits. I got that and more from Anne and Chantill.
