Phoenix Subsea was contracted to provide Subsea Production Controls Engineering and Project Delivery experience to turn a late project in to a project that was delivered on time and on budget. Phoenix Subsea's technical knowledge and project delivery expertise was able to quickly identify, prioritise and focus on the key technical and delivery critical path drivers.
Phoenix Subsea provided conceptual, option selection and FEED study reports for the subsea equipment required for the HPC nuclear power station.
Phoenix Subsea provided an option selection report to determine the optimum selection of topside controls, umbilicals, subsea controls and XT types to be used for the Acorn Carbon Capture reinjection project. CAPEX and OPEX costs for traditional systems versus all electric XT and alternative power such as power buoys, subsea HPUs and Chemical injections skid were also delivered.
