Welcome! I'm Phoebe ( Masters of Counselling, BSc Psychology ) and I am a professional counsellor based in Hong Kong. I have extensive experience supporting adults and adolescents in a range of therapeutic settings, including NGOs, private clinics, and international schools. I have supported people dealing with a broad spectrum of issues and challenges.
I am originally from the UK, and have spent the majority of my life living in busy, international cities. I understand first-hand the challenges commonly experienced by individuals and families living in urban, transient environments and find deep value and joy in assisting clients to move from a state of stress and uncertainty to one of flourishing and fulfilment.
I am a Full Member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association and adhere to their ethical guidelines in my counselling work.
