Mission The Philadelphia Community Cats Council (PCCC) is a 501(c)3 collaborative network of organizations committed to reducing the overpopulation of community cats through spay/neuter, TNRM (trap-neuter-return-management), education and advocacy.
On a daily basis, rescue volunteers and ordinary residents help thousands of abandoned, stray and feral (unsocialized) cats on the streets of Philadelphia. Through their compassionate work, these cats are fixed, vaccinated and receive needed veterinary care.
