Peter is currently an Assistant Professor in Computing Science at the University of Glasgow, Singapore . His research interests include system engineering, information technology application, financial technology and application, Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, web development, resource planning methodology, entrepreneurship and innovation , and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) management.
丘震宇畢業於 澳洲紐卡素大學 工商管理博士學位，通過分解式計劃行為理論（DTPB）和結構方程模型（SEM），研究中國大陸大灣區對進行金融科技適應度的驅動和障礙因素，他的導師是 Leo J. Fredericks教授 。丘氏在 澳洲麥格理管理學院 攻讀金融管理學，並獲得管理碩士學位。丘氏在 香港中文大學 計算機科學系 本科 畢業， 在 黃健康 教授的指導下，利用卡爾曼濾波（Kalman filter） 運算 實現機器人視覺的距離追踪。
