ONLINE SERVICES FOR PATIENTS
Patients are already able to book appointments and order repeat medications online. From 31st March, 2015 the practice can also offer online patient access to parts of their medical records .
Patients who wish to access online services will need to complete an application form and bring the form and two forms of ID, at least one of which should contain a photo, with them to the surgery. Staff will verify the information and if accepted the patient will be registered for access. A PIN number will be provided once the application has been registered.
