For the visually impaired, quality of life, economic independence, mobility, and most importantly, to lead a life of dignity and be treated as equals in society is a dominant force.
PBMA is a not-for-profit organisation rendering valuable humanitarian service to the visually impaired. Our projects have been carefully designed keeping the dignity of the visually impaired and their equal right to opportunity in society as paramount.
