2022 Pageant: Cause for Paws Pageant titles are appointed this year with very low registration fees. (Next year's pageant will be held in person in May of 2023.) For complete details, please visit our Registration Page .
Registration Deadline: May 31. To be considered for a Supreme Title, you must register by May 31. Age Division state titles will be available as appointed titles until all royalty positions are filled.
