Quite simply Reiki has changed my life! I used to be very up or very down! My family and friends used to laugh and say they did not know what was worse! When I was up I was very up and when I was down I was very down - there never seemed to be a middle ground.
One summer I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as the doctors had ruled out everything else. I had worked all my life full time raising two energetic boys as a single parent (their father was very good and helpful I have to add!) but my life was running around 100 miles an hour just to keep up with everything I had to do and eventually this took its toll.
