I always was a big panorama photo fan. I used a large format camera to shot 6x12cm but preferred by far the Fuji 617, today I stitch in average 48 frames to create my digitally processed panorama pictures.
The wide panoramic ratio is ideal for scenic and landscape photos and gives a great deal of the size of a place. I always enjoy photographing pano's but I'm also thankful that I don't have to bring my extra panorama photography equipment.
Today with all the flying regulations and weight restrictions it is not fun with film anymore, so I'm happy to have my pano head always installed and my Canon 1Ds Mark III on top of it to create more panorama pictures in the future.
