hold a particular importance to the United States and the U. S. to those countries. The U.S. and Kansas City share historical and cultural ties, peace and security goals, economic and trade ties, and other relationships.
The Pan American Association of Kansas City helps educate and enhance Greater Kansas City’s knowledge, especially our youth, about the sovereign member countries of the Americas; particularly the member countries of the Organization of American States , of which the U. S. is a member, that subscribe to the principles on which the OAS was founded: democracy, human rights, peace/security, and economic development.
