The PCCJR Lifetime Support Award is presented to legislators who have a lifetime voting record of 90% or above on civil justice reform issues. Those receiving the award demonstrate a commitment to restoring fairness to civil litigation by preventing liability expansion, frivolous lawsuits, and lawsuit abuse.
Ten years ago in June, the Fair Share Act was signed into law. Now the Fair Share Act is threatened by activist appellate court judges, intent on diluting and diminishing the intended impact of the last major civil justice reform measure passed in Pennsylvania.
