When booked we asked Thomson for a place where there was not many kids when we arrived it was absolutely overrun with them we complained, also about the room as it was filthy admittedly the rep arranged for it to be properly cleaned our feet were black just walking across the floor. Never again..... Thomson reps are a complete waste of space they say we will get back to you and never do! This is a 5 star hotel, the surrounds and bedrooms are fantastic and so is the food, however, the service is shocking they are only interested in people who book with the hotel. We have mixed feeling about the Kissos Hotel in Paphos. It is in a great location off the Tomb of the Kngs Road. The rooms are very basic but adequate. The food is pretty dire and the staff with the exception of those on the reception desk is offhand. An excellent swimming pool and it is only a 3 star hotel. Bearing that in mind it is fair value for money. One tip do not choose the All inclusive option as it is expensive and in the evenings... more
