We at the Ouachita Parish 911 Communications District are the first of the first responders. We process over 100,000 911 calls for service annually. We are dedicated to efficiently processing emergency and non-emergency calls for service with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy to provide the critical link between public safety and the citizens who need assistance. • Getting the Right people • to the Right Place • at the Right time • when its needed most!
