We encourage creativity, help process trauma, and use art, music, and movement for purposes of grounding, decreasing anxiety, and learning new & functional skills. Initial consultations are free and used to discuss goals for sessions and an opportunity to ask any questions about our services.
Our rates AND our programming are designed to be accessible to everyone. We also accept extended health benefits, Blue Cross Certified, NIHB provider, and can sign off on a variety of funding sources.
