I was most recently with the Diversity & Inclusion team at S&P Global where I led strategy for nine global employee-resource groups, oversaw external diversity partnerships and benchmarks, and advised on key strategic initiatives.
Prior, I spent over four years in Singapore in two business expansion roles at Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. Most of my career has been spent in the commodities banking space. After moving back to NYC, I helped to launch the US 501(c)3 research entity of an Asia-headquartered LGBTQ tech start up, B-Change Insights.
My strengths are mainly focused with developing infrastructure and creating operational rigor around shaping and promoting inclusive culture, diversity, and philanthropy.
