Together, we're on a mission to break the gender barriers, bridge the knowledge gap, and empower Latin American women in the cybersecurity industry to create a safer world for every generation.
WOMCY was founded in 2019 and is formed by professionals with a combined experience of over 50 years in Cybersecurity in Latin America. As a non-profit organization, WOMCY empowers women in Latin America and breaks down the gender-based barriers that hold them back. This year, Optime is supporting WOMCY to empower women in Latin America to minimize the knowledge gap and increase their opportunities in the Cybersecurity industry to create a safer world for every generation.
