Description: Dr. Onur Avci is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering. He has received MS (2002) and PhD (2005) degrees in civil engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the States of New York and Connecticut. He has worked on the analysis and design of more than 5 million square feet of structural space during his consulting experience.
