While Omar Doom is well known for his acting work with Quentin Tarantino, appearing in Death Proof and memorably killing Hitler in Inglourious Basterds, Doom has committed most of his creative life to making music. Doom’s latest endeavor STRAIGHT RAZOR, a mix of 80s/90s Industrial, Techno and Dark Wave, cuts through the speakers with menacing beats and a hypnotizing clockwork melody. After a string of singles and remixes, Doom released STRAIGHT RAZOR’s Vol.1 EP in 2021, following it up with Vol.2 in 2022.
