Olympia is an Anahata Yoga teacher and massage therapist. She also organizes Yoga retreats and workshops. Yoga is a personal journey and the experience is unique to each individual. Olympia shares her teachings and practice with her students, coming from a space of love and care for all participants. The ultimate teacher is our own body and mind. Students are empowered to develop an autonomous personal practice.
