Description: Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation (NSMFC) is a Crown Corporation of the Province of Nova Scotia. The Corporation is governed by a board of directors appointed by the Governor-in-Council. Legislation requires that 40 per cent of the board be appointed on the recommendation of the Union of Nova Scotia Municipalities.
