In 1974 when the NPAA was founded, there was a need for professional artists to band together to help each other promote the visual arts as well as to protect their artistic endeavors from being exploited by an uninformed public.
The NPAA, Northwest Pennsylvania Artists Association, is excited to present your artistically inclined college bound high school seniors with the opportunity to stash some cash in their Portfolios! In Celebration of our talented youth and the NPAA's Biennial, select scholarship applicants will also have the opportunity to display their artwork at the Erie Art Museum in 2024.
