Hello, I’m Sabrina and I provide private and confidential counselling and hypnotherapy in the market town of Harleston. As well as working in private practice, I also work at Off The Record Counselling in Norwich.
Life can be full of ups and downs and all too often there is little or no opportunity to take time for yourself to work through these changes and adapt…leading to problems becoming bigger and more consuming. There may be times when you are suddenly faced with your own vulnerabilities and mortality with no one beside you who you can confide in.
As an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist, I can offer you the time to talk about what worries you, or what feels too much to deal with alone. Hypnotherapy can be an extremely helpful tool which offers a safe and effective approach when used to overcome a variety of presenting issues such as stress management, anxiety, smoking cessation, and weight loss to name but a few.
