North Texas Samoyed Rescue, Inc. (NTSRI) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) (tax- exempt) corporation. We are based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, but we are registered with and work with many shelters, humane societies and individuals in five states: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Kansas.
