NLS was founded by Elisabeth Baumgarten Humphries, an Ops Pro who also has Strong Business Development skills, and experience in building Strategic Partnerships, Professional Services and Management. After 20 years as an executive with F-500 companies she decided to take a break from corporate life to be a MOM to her only child. To fund that break, Elisabeth built NLS and took her corporate skills to SMB owners, and as an experienced solution-oriented executive, with a demonstrated history of building team
Her passions are people development in the corporate world, and compassionate evangelism in her personal world. Her favorite role is being MOM to her only child, her son Jennings.
